Try it yourself

What you see is the same principle that operates 24/7 in an onboard unit: an image goes in, a license plate comes out. In your browser, without sending anything to any server.

Frequently asked questions

Up to what speed does the OCR-ID system read license plates correctly?
The Lynet camera with onboard Carmen® ANPR engine reads accurately at up to 300 km/h. Simultaneous coverage of 2-3 lanes and license plates from Europe and North Africa.
Does OCR-ID work at night and in bad weather?
Yes. The Lynet has integrated IR illumination for full night-time operation and an IP67 metal housing that withstands any weather condition. Operating range of -40°C to +60°C.
Does OCR-ID integrate with the DGT and the municipal register?
Yes. Native integration with the DGT to check administrative status (roadworthiness inspection, insurance, deregistration, theft) and with the municipal register to validate residents. Connection to the SARA network and to the SGAD's Data Intermediation Platform.
Is the evidence generated by OCR-ID legally valid?
Yes. Full legal chain of custody: certified NTP timestamp, verified GPS coordinates, signed SHA-256 hash and qualified digital signature. The evidence meets the requirements of Law 39/2015 (Spain's Administrative Procedure Act) and is fully valid in administrative and judicial-administrative proceedings.
Where are license-plate readings stored?
In an ENS High-certified datacentre on Spanish soil. No international transfers. The local council is the data controller; Labrax acts as data processor under Article 28 GDPR.
How much does it cost to deploy OCR-ID in a municipality?
The pricing model is tailored to the size of the municipality, the fleet to be equipped (cars, motorcycles, drones, kits) and the chosen arrangement (purchase, rental or assignment). There is no initial deployment cost and no per-officer licensing fees.
